Because we take a whole-business approach, we prefer to discuss the proposed action with the Director/s or decision makers of the
business. In order to identify the issues needing attention, we look at how you operate and discuss what you and your staff feel are the
most pressing problems.
Other research undertaken may include collecting customer feedback, mystery shopper analysis and/or random testing. This gives us
an additional perspective and can provide highly relevant discussion points for the training. The questions asked would be carefully
considered with you beforehand. An added bonus of doing this is that you are sending the message to those customers that you care
about their experience with you.
